Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing or using any service provided by mkt4, you hereby agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement takes effect immediately from the date your account is registered.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to register or use the mkt4 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms will be considered automatic acceptance of those changes.

This document should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy of mkt4, all of which form the complete agreement between you and mkt4.

2. Eligibility to Open an Account

To register and use mkt4 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be located in any region or jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Open only one (1) account per individual, residential address, IP address, mobile number, credit card or shared payment method.
• Act on your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Be capable of understanding and accepting the risks associated with gambling activities.

3. Account Registration and Security Responsibilities

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure without notice.

Your responsibilities as an account holder include the following:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential at all times.
• Not sharing your password with any other party, including family members.
• Notifying the mkt4 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that no other individual, especially those under 21 years of age, can access your account.

mkt4 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from an account holder's failure to keep their login details secure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the mkt4 platform are subject to the following limits and procedures:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically between 10 to 45 minutes after verification.

Payment methods accepted by mkt4 are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major local Malaysian banks)
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in the name of the same account holder. mkt4 reserves the right to reject or withhold withdrawals that require further investigation, including cases involving fraud or money laundering.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

mkt4 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the stated wagering requirements and must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is processed.

Welcome Bonus: Your first deposit is eligible for a 100% bonus of up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.

• Example 1: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Example 2: Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM300 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement RM300 × 20 = RM6,000 must be completed.

Additional bonus terms:

• Only one (1) welcome bonus is allowed per eligible account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• mkt4 reserves the right to withdraw or cancel bonuses if there are signs of promotional abuse.
• Other promotions such as VIP cashback, birthday rewards and referral incentives have their own terms which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

6. General Game Rules

All games provided by mkt4 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, poker and crash games — are operated based on the game rules set by the respective game providers and mkt4.

• Game results are final unless a proven technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, mkt4 will review the records and deliver a fair outcome based on stored server data.
• The use of automation software, bots or any tools that manipulate games is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of the balance.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection. mkt4 is not responsible for losses resulting from connection disruptions on the player's end.

Sports bets and odds displayed on the mkt4 platform are subject to change based on market conditions. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under certain circumstances such as event cancellation or force majeure.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

mkt4 players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following:

• Opening more than one account to obtain bonuses or undue advantages.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software, tools or methods that enable analysis or exploitation of the game system beyond normal play.
• Conducting any money laundering activities or using the mkt4 platform as a channel for transferring illicit funds.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the mkt4 platform.
• Engaging in threatening, harassing or disruptive behaviour that affects other users' experience.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

mkt4 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of the following:

• Fraud, falsification of information or hacking activities.
• Breach of any terms stated in this document.
• The account holder is proven or suspected to be under 21 years of age.
• A request from a legitimate authority or licensing body.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period as defined by mkt4's internal policy.

Conversely, players also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the mkt4 support team. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned once all related wagering requirements have been met and KYC verification is complete.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The mkt4 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, mkt4 disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, relating to the services offered.

mkt4 will not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of game or betting outcomes.
• Data damage or loss resulting from events beyond mkt4's control, including natural disasters, telecommunications infrastructure failures or cyberattacks.
• Any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from the use of the platform.
• Transaction processing delays caused by third parties such as banks, e-wallet providers or blockchain networks.

The aggregate liability of mkt4 under any circumstances will not exceed the total actual deposits made by the relevant player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

mkt4 takes the protection of players' personal information seriously. All data collected during the registration process and use of the platform is handled in accordance with mkt4's detailed Privacy Policy.

In summary, mkt4 is committed to:

• Not selling or disclosing your personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law or a licensing authority.
• Protecting your data using appropriate encryption technology.
• Using collected data solely for the purposes of platform operations, identity verification and service improvement.

12. Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

mkt4 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, notification of material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notice.

Continued use of the mkt4 platform after any change to the terms takes effect will be considered full acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are advised to stop using the platform and close your account.

These terms and conditions are governed by the international licensing framework under which mkt4 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the relevant arbitration body in accordance with the licensing jurisdiction held.
